Music + Art Foundations

Where music learning, art-making, and storytelling nurture deep thinking, creativity, and confident exploration

Mondays 3 to 4pm | January through May 2025 5 months | 17 classes

MUSIC

Lay the deep musical groundwork that supports lifelong learning

Develop early musical understanding through story-guided singing, movement, and building music vocabularies. Explore rhythm patterns and sounds with instruments, and experience a gentle and joyful introduction to the piano.

ART

Engage in process-based art-making with hands-on exploration, experimentation, and expression

Paint, collage, draw and build cardboard creations while exploring with different textures and mixing colors. Learn to use tools safely and create imaginative props for stories while building confidence and expressive capacity.

SPANISH

Gain exposure to vocabulary and language syntax in an organic and low-pressure environment

Spanish is naturally woven into the flow of each class through greetings, stories, songs, and creative play, supporting language curiosity and cultural awareness.
